Tannus Armour is an insert that is positioned between the tire and the inner tube allowing a drastic reduction in punctures and maintenance on the bicycle. Tannus Armour protects on avarage your inner tube against 90% of common bike flats.

FAQs
What size do I need?
Our Armour sizes are based on your tire size. If your tire size is 29x2.30 then you would select Tannus Armour 29x1.90-2.50.
If you need tubes you will want to use our size chart to see what tube size you need. You will need a smaller tube size than what your tire requires.
What pressure should I use?
Tire pressure is a personal preference depending on size of the rider and riding conditions. However, adding Tannus Armour does allow you to run lower pressure which gives better control, and comfort.
We recommend starting 0,1 Bar lower than what you normally ride and adjusting your psi up or down from there based on the ride feel you enjoy.
Fat-tired e-bikes shouldn't run too low (under 1 Bar) as this may not offer enough support or give the comfort you're accustomed to.
Can I use it with tubeless set-up?
We recommend not using Tannus Armour with a tubeless setup. Using the inner tube eliminates the burp effect, drastically reduces direct punctures and lateral cutting and increases ease of use.
Can I use Tubeless Sealant with Armour?
No, the insert is designed to be used exclusively with an inner tube.
Be careful to clean the tire and rim well from any sealant residues in the event of a setup change from Tubeless to inner tube
